Salt Scrub Recipe - Make Your Own Salt Scrub

There are a couple ways to make your own salt scrub. First, you want to buy sea salt at the grocery store. Here is where you can customize your own scrub. You can mix it with olive oil. You can mix it with your favorite liquid body wash. Mix the sea salt with your choice of mix and rub together in hands. Rub onto skin in circular motion. Rinse off. You are good to go!

You can use kosher salt, but only apply to the body, not to the face. This is too rough for the face and will make you break out.

Another thing to try is table salt; this is perfect for your face. It has little pieces that are small enough and round enough to apply to the delicate skin on your face.
