I liked this masque, it was easy to use, and it was a nice relaxing treatment for my hair. Usually we forget about our hair, I know I hardly ever use hair masks. It can really help make your hair stronger, shinier, and reverse damaged hair. To use this product you wash your hair, rinse, and apply the masks as you would apply conditioner. Then, you leave it in for three minutes and rinse. I like how it works quickly. You can stay in the shower and shave your legs and finish everything else, and before you hop out you rinse the masque off. So, you are using it in place of your conditioner for the day. Some masks want you to keep it in for half an hour, so you are stuck with a towel on your head and that can be a pain. I would rarely end up using the longer masks because they are so time consuming and it is hard to get anything else done because the towel just falls right off. This takes a minute and after your hair will feel fuller, thicker, and definitely more moisturized. It really moisturizes the end of the hair really well. They say to use this daily for damaged hair or weekly for normal hair. I use it once a week, or even once every two weeks. If my hair is feeling blah I will up it to twice a week. This product is meant to strengthen your hair, protect it against the environment, give it shine, and keep your colored hair to stay that color longer. It will also protect against discoloration of hair when going into hot tubs or pools. I do recommend this product I really liked it and I loved how quick it is!
