as oily. It is a good product. It will remove eye
makeup. I do not like it because it is still pretty
oily. This product will also leave an oily residue
on your eyes and hands. If any gets in your eye it
will cloud your vision. Easy to use, just wet on
cotton ball and rub gently on eye lids. It is
affordable, that is what I like about it. That is
why I gave the product three stars, the price and
the fact that it does work.
